Translate a Job

To appeal to a wider range of applicants, you may want to advertise your job in multiple languages. You can do this easily in the flair Recruiting app.

Adding Translations

1. Navigate to the Jobs section and select the job you want to translate
2. Click on the Translations tab
3. Click Add Translation
4. Choose a language you want to add
5. Fill in the translations for each field. You will see the original language underneath each field
6. Click Save to complete the translation

You may then add more translations by repeating the process.

Managing Multiple Translations

Once you've added translations, you can manage multiple language versions of your job ads and job descriptions. Each translation maintains the same structure as the original, allowing you to customize the content for different language markets.
